We specialize in supporting people with an intellectual or phyiscal disabilitiy on Sydneys North Shore and Northern regions of Sydney in their own home or home they share with others.
We are a boutique operation with a intimate feel and a very personalized care service
We encourage our participants to achieve their full potental in life by assisting them in achieving as many everyday life skills as possible in their own or shared home.
Our carers are all carefully hand picked to ensure they are dedicated to caring for those that require it.
Currently we have vacancies to share with our other clients in their own large spacious character homes which are all well appointed, have easy access and are very comfortable.
The homes are located in a quiet ,safe and beautiful locations on Sydney’s North shore
We are very careful in matching participants together with a maximum of 3 participants in the home.
Our carers are eager to meet and get to know each client to forge a long and happy relationship

Social and Community Participation
We assist our clients to engage in activities in the general community
Our carers will assist our clients to participant in a multitude of social, sporting, religous and cultural activities.
We will assist in everyday activites from shopping to attending medical appointments.

Assistance with Daily Living skills
Our services include the following :
Bathroom daily living skills such as bathing, showering, going to the toilet, cleaning their teeth, cutting their toe nails etc.
Dressing and undressing, hanging up clothes, selecting clothes to wear.
Assistance with feeding the clients or helping them to prepare their meals.
Assistance with moving clients around their home
Assistance with getting the clients out of bed and into bed each day.
Assistance with medication management
Assiatance with any other activities that the participants that require
Assistance with personal tasks
Assisting with, and/or supervising, personal tasks of daily life to develop the skills of the participant to live as autonomously as possible
Examples would be help them to manage their appointments or to attend meetings, help them tio visit their famalies etc.
Assistance with household tasks
